Simple Return Process

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Specific Return Conditions
- Change of Mind: You may return a product within 30 days if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. Astra Straps Irish will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover return shipping costs if necessary.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us to arrange return shipping and we will send the correct item.
- Product Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
- Cancellation After Order: You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty Information):
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover any manufacturing defects or experience issues with product functionality within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the issue and any supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.) via email support@astrastraps.irish. If the defect falls under our warranty policy, we will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference. Any damages caused by improper use or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Shipping Costs
- For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.
- For Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the product was purchased incorrectly or is no longer wanted.
