Non-Arrival of Products:

Damaged on Arrival:
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the situation and offer either a replacement or a full refund once the damage is confirmed. Please make sure to report damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty Information):
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover any manufacturing defects or experience issues with product functionality within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the issue and any supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.). If the defect falls under our warranty policy, we will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference. Any damages caused by improper use or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
