Order Modifications or Cancellation:
You have a 24-hour window post-purchase to request any modifications, address changes, or cancellations. Once this period passes, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be altered.
 
Damaged/Incorrect Order:
Though we strive for perfection in product quality and accuracy, we acknowledge that slip-ups can happen. If you receive an item that's damaged or not as expected, simply email us clear photos of the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number, to support@astrastraps.irish. Upon verification, we'll swiftly dispatch a replacement. Please note, items received more than 30 days ago, even if faulty or damaged, are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
 
Order Not Received:
Should your order fail to reach you within 30 business days of placement, please reach out to support@astrastraps.irish for assistance.
 
Custom Duties:
Customs regulations vary across borders. Customers are advised to consult their local customs office for pertinent information. We do not assume responsibility for any additional charges, including customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse expenses incurred due to these matters or accept liability for resulting delays.
 
Returns:
Our return window spans 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in their original packaging. Please bear in mind that used items or those lacking original packaging cannot be returned or refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or unwanted orders. However, return shipping is on us for defective or damaged products.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at  support@astrastraps.irish. Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we'll initiate the refund process within 3 business days. Kindly allow your bank some additional time to process the refund, which may take up to 8 days to reflect in your account.
  
Exchanges:
We exclusively facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@astrastraps.irish
